POMMARD is located between VOLNAY and BEAUNE .

Our vineyard is found above the well-known EPENOTS. Our ancestors had to break down rocks in order to flatten the sol, this provides the origin of the word "Plat" (flat plateau). This red wine produced from Pinot Noir is deep in colour and firm, with a long ageing quality .

Goes well with red meat and strong cheeses.
