a rich high quality red wine with a typical sloeberry smell produced on 2 acres of Pinot Noir between Santenay (South) and Chassagne Montrachet (North). there is a certain analogy between this wine and some of the growths in Côte de Nuits (Northern slopes of Côte d'OR, towards Dijon).

Goes well with game.

Our vineyard is located on the higher slope, producing a white wine rich in alcohol with an intensive aroma of grilled almonds depending on the age of the wine and goes well with sea food.

Very limited production.

this wonderful dry white wine like the Montrachet ranks amongst the highlights of Burgundy in the same way that the Sauternes Château D'Yquem is considered as the greatest of the white Bordeaux.
The French author Alexandre Dumas said :
" this can only be appreciated if kneeling and bare-headed".
Highly recommended with foie gras.

A very, very limited production.
